WHAT WE DO
Crankmeyer Lighting Co. is a small family business run by Grant and Pam Jacobs. Our craftsmen are all very experienced and committed to detail and quality. We create vintage industrial farmhouse lighting that is the best value in the market by repurposing old, unique, antique and heirloom materials. Most of our lights are so unique there is a story that goes with each of them.

In the beginning....
Grant and Pam met in middle school in Southern California. In fact, their first date was going to Disneyland in the 7th grade. The first date did not go well, and they drifted apart until their junior year of high school. They were married in 1981 (you do the math) and had three wonderful children, and now have six beautiful grandchildren. In 2003 and after 20 years in law enforcement, Grant and his family moved to Boerne, Texas. Once in Boerne, they were involved, along with Grant's sister and brother-in-law, in creating Enchanted Springs Ranch, a cowboy event center and movie set. They used their creative talents to help design and build rustic structures and fixtures. Fourteen years later, Grant made a couple of light fixtures out of century-old ox yokes, and Crankmeyer Lighting Company was formed.
At Crankmeyers, Grant and Pam have involved their entire family in the process. They all love what they do by honoring God, family and country. They also appreciate and support our military and first responders.
